This Cavalli Couture "Apple" bag has a bunch of famous friends which is probably why even with a retail price of $2950 it sold out even before it had time to hit store shelves. That and the fact that it's super soft and slouchy with just the right amount of structure and is actually quite a practical bag with lots of room, a zipper closure and sturdy metal handles!
